Who sells the app
Maximus is made by Ethosoft Ltd. Orders are "sold through Link": Link, Stripe's checkout, is our reseller and the merchant of record, and the Link terms apply to the payment. Your card statement shows LINK.COM.
Trial
You can use every feature free for 14 days. After the trial, the app stops changing the full-screen button and the title bar until you activate a license.
License
One license lets one person use Maximus on up to 3 Macs at the same time. You can move a license from one Mac to another: deactivate it in the app on the old Mac first. Updates for version 1 are free. You may not share, resell or publish your license key.
Refunds
If the app does not work for you, email info@ethosoft.net within 30 days of your purchase. We refund the full price. You can also ask Link support for a refund. After a refund, the license key stops working.
Lost keys
You can get your key again at any time on the get your key page.
No warranty
We provide the app "as is". We test it carefully, but we cannot promise that it works with every app, every macOS version or every display setup. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
